What's covered on new Timpte trailers and how we handle warranty claims for you.
Manufacturer warranty
New Timpte trailers include a manufacturer warranty on the aluminum structure and components. Axles, tires and some components are covered by their own manufacturers. We'll walk you through what applies to your model and serial number.
How claims work
- Open a service ticket with your model, VIN (on the frame tag) and photos.
- We inspect the trailer and file the claim with the manufacturer.
- We schedule the repair once it's approved.
Not covered
Normal wear (tires, brake shoes, bearings), overloading, accident damage and modifications.
