Delivery, Pickup and Your First Trip

What to expect when you pick up your trailer, plus our local delivery option.

Pickup walkthrough

Plan about 30 minutes. We'll hitch the trailer to your truck, check the ball size and lights, set up the brake controller, and show you the loading system and tie-down points.

Bring

  • Your truck with a correctly rated ball (2-5/16" for all our bumper-pull models)
  • A working brake controller
  • Proof of insurance and ID

Delivery

We deliver within our service area for a flat fee. Ask for a quote.

First trip

Re-torque the lug nuts at 10, 25 and 50 miles.
